Judges Critique:  Over-medium sized expressive male with correct proportions, very typey. Good bone structure, very good top and bottom line, very good angulations in front and hind, well balanced chest proportions, straight coming and going, free and far reaching gait with powerful hind thrust. TSB - Trieb, Selbstsicherheit und Belastbarkeit' which can be translated as 'drive, confident and does well under stress. Dog outs.  Special advantages:  Anatomically correctly build male with the BEST proportions.  Advice for use in breeding.  To improve the type and overall firmness  Observation made at renewed Critique: Very well improved, very good further development (with age)

These pups are a special blending of bloodlines.    Not just historically, but also emotionally.     The sire, Dian,  (pronounced DEEONN)   himself a TWO times VA (excellent select),  son of the worldwide admired and even revered VA dog HOBBY GLETSCHERTOPF, which sired also the world famous VA1 Ursus Batu.

The dam, Zaoa,  is a 2,3 line-breeding on V6 (bszs) Noscha Wienerau and her sister Nova, who was SG4 in her young dogs class in the German Nationals.  This is commonly referred to as the BUNDES SIEGER ZUCHT SCHAU.  (bszs)  This means, that Noscha placed about 16th in the BSZS in the ADULT females and her sister Nova FOURTH in the BSZS in her young dogs class.

Noscha had ONE litter in Germany only.   The "N" litter of von der Wienerau.  She was sold to Gian Bianci of Mexico City, Mexico shortly after ranking this high in 1999.  That one German born litter, obviously a very special but overlooked one, as Walter Martin had died just one year earlier, was the N litter of von der Wienerau out of  Noscha x V46 Qrick Wienerau.   An amazing line breeding in and of itself

Out of the N litter, Nolte was payment for the training of Noscha's Schutzhund titling.   Nolte, better known as Zuni, ended up being sent to the Czech  Republic by his owner so someone else could raise him, for him to be returned when he was one year old.  HOWEVER,  Zuni, was stolen while in the Czech Republic, where he remained and was trained extremely well due to his superb drives, courage, character for police and/or military work.  This RARELY happens to show line dogs nowadays, however, this is not your everyday show line dog...

Then, my search for a personal protection dog lead me to the Netherlands as I wanted a dog trained in Dutch.  I was offered this great looking dog  which was dual purpose evaluated with the name Sunny,  which was what I was looking for.  Good with all dogs, non alpha male, superb intelligence...  Through his tattoo I figured out what his true name was, what the Wieneraus were about, and to say the least, an obsession was born.   I obtained his SV duplicate papers through a bumpy road with dealing with the protective SV.   DNA, purchase contract etc.   I notified his then owner as well to let him know "Nolte" was with me.   I thus found out what really happened to my boy.   He was happy to hear he was in good hands!!!

The search was on for the right female to mate to this incredible boy.   I found Hummel vom Schlichter Tor on the internet too!!! It took awhile, of course, but I saw in her looks and pedigree the compatibility, though not yet recognized the extreme stroke of luck I had found in this gem.    She was on hold for someone else, but AGAIN, I persisted and she became mine.    The 2,3 litter on Noscha and Nova was born on November 13th, 2002!!!     And THAT on our FIRST litter!!! wow, did I ever learn fast...

There is no doubt in my mind, that Walter Martin is smiling from above every time he sees the love for my dogs in my eyes.  And, sometimes, I'm wondering if he wasn't behind this whole creation of obsession in me...

At some point early on I needed to start looking for a good male for Zaoa, and my eyes kept returning to Hobby Gletschertopf, who is out of the VA1 dog Jeck Noricum.  Also world renowned, but, this is because he produced MORE than 2,000 pups!  That helps your statistics...  Many today belief the 'good genetic stuff' comes from the Dutch bred Odin Tannenmeise, Jeck's Sire.    I was also still hopeful to find a Hobby daughter and there my search over 10 months landed me FINALLY with the owner of Hobby Gletschertopf.   Seriously, not many know Hobby is still alive and doing well, but has not been bred for more than 5-6 years.  So, I was out of luck when it came to Hobby.   But, after his owner heard my emotional pleas he, after a while, brought up Dian.

His show record resume accomplishments stomped me... It hadn't really sunk in, but it did a day later after reviewing the show records and I decided it wouldn't get better than that.   A VA son out of Hobby...  So, here we are today.   Dian is a great boy, life loving, ball chasing, and never without a female on his side.   Living the good life in the land of manana!    And, the long tediously planned litter is FINALLY here. wow... three of the females.  Still extremely uniform and good conformation as well as good temperaments.  This is the reason why I repeated this litter.                                           To reserve your pup  write me at :  Gina Kasbergen or call 505-424-9092
